I am still working diligently on keeping my work area
uncluttered by cleaning as I go. It is a
day-by-day challenge because of time restrictions. I also have to keep things put away out of necessity
because our cat Pandora is a little thief who enjoys stealing things at night
and dropping them off somewhere downstairs.
She also has the annoying habit of chewing on tape or anything with a
sticky/gum-like film. Yellow mailers are
her absolute favorite.

ATC Challenge #3-Used Postage Stamp |
For this challenge I had to create an ATC using a used
postage stamp then match the theme of the card of to the subject of the stamp. I wanted something colorful and spring-like. This lavender and yellow bee stamp was
perfect.

Letter B rolodex |
Have you heard of an
altered
rolodex (
Flickr)? Such
a fun project to take on and because the cards are so small, they are quick to
create.
Great project to work on when you are short on time or you have lost
touch with your creativity. I
started mine last summer and like many of my projects, I ran out of steam and
it has been sitting collecting dust. This
week I stumbled upon an altered rolodex card series swap. We were to create an altered rolodex card for
our partner featuring something that starts with the letter B. Coincidently, I had the bumble bee quote printed
for the ATC swap so I went with that for my “B” theme.

ReplyDeleteDiane, thanks for your visit, yes I love those cards too, the swirly one and the poppy one, but they still look unfinished. When I get home I might have new ideas.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean you are not a card maker? Your ATC's are gorgeous, I love the Easter card especially, the lace down the side is lovely.
Bless you
