What's on Your Workdesk? Wednesday

I am working on creating a habit of painting Saturday mornings in an art journal I purchased strictly for practicing painting,  I'm calling these sessions Get up. Get dress. Paint.  I was in a "green" mood this particular morning.  I pulled various shades of green acrylic paint, some stencils and simply painted, no end goal in mind.  Also on my desk is my pretty pink spring coffee mug filled with brew, some green ribbon I used on a spring ATC, a green stamped butterfly I cut out with the intention of using then discarded, and a stack of ink sprayed cards for my first pocket letter.

The alphabet Rolodex card series of swaps is coming to a close. W, X, Y, & Z remain.

For these ATC's we had to use Twinkling H20 for the background. I had tried using these water colors before with failed results so I wanted to make these cards to get over my apprehension of using them.

I just finished a series of ATC's where we spelled out SPRING.  Each swap consisted of 2 cards.  I ended up with the same partner for the 1st and 3rd round so I had to create the last set differently than I intended so she would have a variety for her letters.

Rather photo heavy this week but I have been absent for several weeks and I wanted to show off what I have been creating.
